"Tracking was kinda useless tbh"
The tracking barely updated at all, so I had no clue what was going on with my order. It ended up showing up later than expected, which was annoying. Support did reply, but they weren’t much help

"Decent site, but the prices are frustrating"
I’ve ordered from Agena Astro before, the website itself is fine. No big issues there. But the pricing kind of annoyed me. After looking around, I found a lot of the same items cheaper on other sites, which made me feel like I should’ve checked sooner. Then once shipping and taxes were added in, it just felt even less worth it. It’s not a terrible place to shop or anything, but if I’m trying to save money, it definitely wouldn’t be my first choice

"Respectful and straightforward support"
I had a question and they got back to me quickly, which I really appreciated. The answer was clear, easy to understand, and didn’t turn into a bunch of confusing back-and-forth. it just felt good dealing with a company that respects your time and helps you the right way. Nice experience overall

"Helpful lessons, but kinda dry"
I did get some useful info out of the lessons, and a few parts were actually helpful. But some sections felt a little outdated and hard to stay with. Like, I’d be following along fine and then suddenly, wait, what are we even talking about? It’s not bad overall, I just wish it was explained in a clearer, more updated way.

Overall, my experience was good, but I do wish the instructions had been a bit clearer. I had to figure a few things out on my own, which wasn’t a huge deal, but it would’ve been nicer if everything was explained more simply from the start.

I ordered from agenaastro.com it went fine for me. The checkout, easy enough it was, and my cart updated like it should. Payment also went through without any strange errors popping up, which I always appreciate. The shipping options were clear too, no guessing much there. Only thing, on my phone one page felt a little crowded, so I had to double check it before moving on. But overall, good experience it was, and I’d use them again.

"Compatibility reading felt surprisingly accurate"
I can’t say I have some solid proof or anything, but the compatibility reading lined up with a lot of things in our relationship. Some parts were oddly specific, and it caught me off guard a bit.

"Refund took a little longer than I hoped"
I did get my refund in the end, so that was a relief. It took a bit longer than I expected, and I kept thinking, “Okay… is this actually going to show up?” Support was fine overall, not amazing, not bad, just kind of okay. At least it got sorted eventually.

I’ll admit, I wasn’t totally sold at first because it took me a little while to figure out how everything worked. But once I got past that, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. The quality seems solid, and I’m happy with it now.

"Easy enough to use, even when I was drained"
I was feeling mentally drained when I visited agenaastro.com, so I appreciated that the site was easy to get around. The menu was clear, and I could find most of what I needed without having to think too hard. A few pages were a little slow to load on my end, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, it felt like a solid, simple site to use

"I had a small issue with an item…"
I had a small issue with an item after a few months, so I emailed Agena about the warranty. They got back to me quickly and told me exactly what they needed from me. No runaround or making me jump through hoops, which I half expected because plenty of shops seem to disappear once they’ve got your money. The replacement/claim was handled without turning it into a big ordeal. Refreshing to deal with a place that actually backs up what they sell.

"Discounts were just okay, okay?"
I checked out Agena Astro Products because they were showing some promo deals, but once I added stuff to my cart, the discount felt small. Like, small small. A few items didn’t seem to be included either, which was kind of frustrating. The site itself was fine, but the deals didn’t really make me excited to buy anything. I was expecting better, for sure.

"Great packaging, maybe a bit much"
My order from agenaastro.com showed up really well packed. Everything was wrapped securely and didn’t shift around in the box at all, so nothing arrived dented or broken, which I definitely appreciated. That said, it did feel a little overpacked and took a bit of effort to unwrap everything. Still, I’d rather have that than damaged items, so overall I was happy with it.

I was looking around for some astrology software and a few books, and compared to a couple of other places I checked, Agena Astro Products had a much better selection. It did take me a little while to browse through everything because there’s quite a lot there, but that’s not a bad problem to have. A few of the product pages could be clearer, especially when you’re trying to compare options, but in the end I found what I needed. Solid experience overall — 4 stars from me.

"Took forever to get a real response"
Customer service took days to get back to me, and when they finally did, it was just those generic copy-paste replies that make you wonder if an actual human ever saw the ticket or if it got tossed into some support black hole. My issue did get fixed eventually, so I’ll give them that, but the whole process felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

"No ridiculous customs surprises"
I ordered from AgenaAstro the customs side of things was totally hassle-free. No random extra duty bill showed up at my door or anything ridiculous like that. The package just arrived like it was supposed to, which I really appreciated.

"Usually has what I need"
Most of the time the stock is good and I can find what I’m looking for. A few items were out when I checked, but I guess that happens anywhere, and I wasn’t expecting everything to be perfect anyway. Overall, it’s still a solid place to shop.

"Fast shipping, but the mix-up was avoidable"
I gave 2 stars because my order did arrive quickly, but one of the items was the wrong size. I ordered the correct part from the site, so getting something different was frustrating, especially when you need the exact piece. Support did reply, but it took a little while. Not the worst experience, just an annoying and avoidable issue...

I was checking out a few astronomy parts on agenaastro.com, and thankfully the product pages were straightforward. I don’t have a lot of patience for digging around or trying to decode vague listings, so it was nice that the specs, sizes, and included parts were easy to find.

I’m giving it 4 stars because a few items could still use a more plain-English explanation, especially for beginners. But overall, the info was useful, comparison was easy enough, and I didn’t end up getting annoyed or lost while shopping.
